Straight from the Les Mis 25th anniversary tour, Natalie will be returning to New York City for
ONE NIGHT ONLY to give a live concert celebrating the release of her self-titled debut EP! The concert will feature the tracks heard on the album plus some new surprise acoustic covers. Her self-titled debut album features 6 covers plus a new song written by Jason Robert Brown! Music director, Matt Hinkley will be on guitar with Dan Asher on bass, and Drew McKeon on drums. Natalie will be selling and autographing cds directly following her set.
The concert is located at BACKSTAGE dopo teatro @ Trattoria Dopo Teatro (125 West 44th street, NYC) as a part of the BACKSTAGE concert series produced by Dale Badway /Badway on Broadway LLC & Michael Alden. Other artists who have performed at Backstage include Tony Award winner Alice Ripley, Andrea McArdle, & the Broadway Unleashed Concert featuring Chita Rivera, Beth Leavel, Judy McLane, Norm Lewis, and Bernadette Peters.
Tickets for the album release concert are $25.00. Food/Drink will be available and provided during the concert. The concert is open to all ages. Seating is based on a first come first serve basis. Natalie will soon be releasing her self-titled debut EP and is currently a swing on the Les Mis 25th anniversary tour. Broadway: Everyday Rapture(understudy Menonettes - performed). Tour: Wicked 2nd national (ensemble, u/s Elphaba). Regional: Pittsburgh CLO, North Shore Music Theatre. Readings: Ever After, Darling, Tina Girlstar. Recordings: Dear Edwina, Scott Alan's, "Keys", BMI songbook podcast. Natalie has performed in 3 sold out solo shows at Birdland. She is also a member of the Broadway Inspirational Voices led under the direction of Michael McElroy. Natalie was an American Idol season 4 semi-finalist, but is most well-known for her Youtube videos. She has gained an international following through her top hits, ("Quiet, "I'm a Star", "And I am Telling You", "The Spark of Creation", and "I Believe in You and Me"), which have collectively reached over 2.5 million views.
